Information on Health Examination for Students Admitted in October
Health and Counseling Center performs Student Health Checkup.
In particular, all new students are obligated to have medical checkup according to the School Health and Safety Act. Please be sure to go to the medical checkup organization. If you are unable to take the examination on the day of the examination, or if you need special consideration, please contact the Health and Counseling Center in advance.
【Date & Time】 November 21,
9:30-10:15（Male）,
10:20-10:50(Female)
【Place】 Houryuu Hall
【Things to bring】 Student ID card, container for urine test (urine will be collected first thing in the morning)
【Examination】 details Height and weight measurements, blood pressure measurement, chest x-ray, IGRA test (blood test)
※If you need this test, we will contact you by email for more information.
●For chest X-ray examination： Please come with clothes that can be taken off and put on easily.
●If you need special consideration or have any questions, please contact us by e-mail.

【場 所】 鳳龍会館
【持ち物】学生証、尿検査用容器（朝一番の尿を採取）
【健診内容】身長・体重測定、血圧測定、胸部X線検査、
結核IGRA血液検査（該当学生にはメールでお知らせします）
