5月27日に健康診断を実施する予定にしておりましたが、福岡県の緊急事態宣言発令をうけ、延期することになりました。

延期の日は、只今、検討中ですので、決まり次第ご連絡をさせていただきます。

また、6月19日（土）、6月26日（土）は今のところ実施予定ですが、感染状況次第では延期になる可能性もありますので、ご了承ください。

大変、お手数をおかけしますが、5月27日予約分を一旦キャンセルしていただき、6月19日か26日に予約をお願いします。予約の変更方法については、以下のファイルをご参照ください。

　　　May 27th medical examination has been postponed

The medical examination was scheduled to be conducted on May 27, but it was postponed due to the state of emergency in Fukuoka Prefecture (May 12-31).

The postponement date is currently under consideration and will be notified as soon as it is decided.

In addition, we are planning to hold it on June 19th (Sat) and June 26th (Sat).

We apologize for any inconvenience, but if you made a reservation on May 27th, please make a reservation on June 19th or 26th after canceling your reservation.
